Algbra expands Fintech-as-a-Service platform through new partnership with ClearBank

12 August 2025, London - Algbra, the ethical fintech and technology company, today announced the expansion of its Algbra Labs Fintech-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform through a strategic channel partnership with ClearBank, the enabler of real-time clearing and embedded banking.

This collaboration enables Algbra to offer best-in-class agency banking, embedded banking, faster payment services, and virtual accounts to its clients - from financial institutions and corporates to fintech innovators - without them needing to build complex backend infrastructure. Integrated seamlessly into Algbra Labs’ API-driven ecosystem, the new services provide customers with fully regulated accounts, secure and instant payments, and the ability to scale faster in the UK’s fast-growing £213.6bn revenue-generating fintech sector, with future European expansion plans that are SEPA- aligned.

Delivering more for our clients

Through the partnership, ClearBank’s trusted, cloud-native banking and payments technology is now part of Algbra’s end-to-end service offering. This means that customers using the Algbra Labs platform can access regulated accounts and real-time payments alongside Algbra’s full suite of infrastructure, compliance, and product development tools – all from one platform.

The move marks ClearBank’s first-ever channel partnership under its new model, selecting Algbra as a strategically aligned partner to extend its services to new audiences. For Algbra, the agreement is another milestone in building a truly global infrastructure platform, capable of delivering embedded financial services with speed, security, and flexibility.
